Status
Three individual Internet-Drafts on the seller side of agent transactions, none adopted by a Working Group (WG): anders merchant-identity-assertions -01, kavian offering-discovery-protocol -01, hood agtp-merchant-identity (-02, an Independent Submission dated 26 May 2026, Informational, expires 27 November 2026; -00 and -02 read).
Relevance
draft-anders-merchant-identity-assertions defines a Merchant Identity Assertion, a signed JSON document binding a legal identity to the merchant receiving a payment, so that an automated client can verify the merchant before completing it. draft-kavian-offering-discovery-protocol lets an agent discover a Service's Collections and Offerings and find links to subsequent operations, for "catalogs ranging from a few Offerings to large marketplaces without imposing a universal product taxonomy". draft-hood-agtp-merchant-identity states "This is the merchant identity gap." and treats merchant identity as the receiving side of a purchase.

Boundary
draft-kavian-offering-discovery-protocol declines a product identifier scheme: its discovery is "without imposing a universal product taxonomy".
